Stinging nettle is most commonly used for diabetes and osteoarthritis. It is also sometimes used for urinary tract infections (UTIs), kidney stones, enlarged prostate, hay fever, and other conditions. Don't confuse stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) with white dead nettle (Lamium album).
